2 volumes, 18mo (151 x 88mm.), one of 100 copies on papier vélin, half-titles, frontispiece portrait by de Launay, 8 plates by Lefevre in 2 states (additional eaux-fortes, slightly shorter, and avant lettre), contemporary straight-grained blue morocco gilt by Simier, spines gilt in compartments, gilt edges, occasional light foxing


First issue, with the PD monogram on the title-page.
