folio (301 x 202mm.), title printed in red within a woodcut border, woodcut initials, woodcut device below colophon, numerous early annotations, mostly in two different hands, one with small writing in brown ink, the other in red ink, later red armorial calf, a few small wormholes, occasional light staining


This copy shows close and attentive reading by several early readers, one of whom has a very elegant yet minuscule hand.
