Disgorged in 2010. In 2020, pure sea waves on the nose, which it has always had. Very marine taste, rich and yet with the 1996 acidity, turning to vanillin sweetness. Experiment with different food here - it was great with prawn laksa! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
