This assailed all the senses when I was last treated to it in 2008 by kind friends in Hong Kong - never has a glass been more welcome, straight off the flight from London complete with wailing, nocturnal children. The Bolly bestrode it all, majestic in its winey splendour, round and yet intriguingly 'marine' in its minerality.
