The rose-toned chain snake-link necklace suspending a pendant collet-set with an ancient bronze coin, length approximately 400mm, signed BVLGARI, inscribed TICINUM CONSTANTIUS AUG. A.D 305-306, Italian maker's mark, British and European convention hallmarks, fitted case stamped Bulgari.
Accompanied by two Bulgari certificates of authenticity.
