Overall in very good condition. The wood is an overall very good condition with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use. The wood with some occasional irregularities and separations to the wood grain, which is typical of inland fir and most of which were filled in by the artist at the time of production. The leather has been sensitively replaced in a manner consistent with the artist’s intent and presents with some scattered shallow impressions, minor surface scratches, abrasions, and some occasional small cloudy discolorations, all consistent with use and not visually distracting.
