A hanging sign for the Nuremberg Tinsmiths (1699-1713) in the Germanisches National museum  ( http://objektkatalog.gnm.de/objekt/Z463) includes the family names of Lanner and Schauer. The armorial supporters of this sign repeat the finial of the cup; crowned rampant lions Langued (tongues out).
