The millboard is flat and stable. The paint surface is slightly dirty and the varnish slightly dull. The impasto brushwork is very well preserved. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals almost no intervention save for a tiny retouching in the lower left corner, less than 1cm. long. In overall very good condition.
