The sheet has been partially laid down onto a backing board. There are Artist's pinholes to the corners and to a few places to the extreme edges. There is minor frame abrasion towards the extreme edges. There is a small tear towards the lower left corner at the left edge, with one or two small nicks to the extreme edges in places. There are largely not visible in the present frame. There are one or two faint smudges or scuffs to the sheet including to the leftmost tent. There is faint evidence of water damage towards the upper right corner. There are possible very faint scuffs towards the lower edge. There may be slight discolouration to the sheet, visible to the sky. There may be light surface dust and one or two instances of surface matter. There are remnants of adhesive tape to the in places to the extreme edges, which would benefit from being removed. This excepting, the work appears in very good overall condition.
The work is held behind glass in a gilt painted wooden frame.
