There is very minor rounding to the corners, not visible in present mount. The sheet undulates very slightly, and there are a few very minor nicks to the extreme edges, most evident to the right edge. There is faint creasing to the extreme upper edge, with more minor instances to the lower edge and the upper right corner, with tiny associated instances of thinning to the upper layer of the paper, only visible upon very close inspection. There are speckles of loss towards the lower edge, as well as to some of the buildings in the upper right quadrant, only visible upon very close inspection, with further more minor instances elsewhere. There are a few smudges to the work, most likely in keeping with the Artist's intentions. There are some light handling marks to the extreme edges. There is some light time staining to the sheet. There is very light dust to the work, with a couple of specks surface matter. There is a small stain in the upper right hand quadrant. There are remnants of previous adhesive tape and some areas of skinning to the reverse of the sheet. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
The work is presented in a cloth mount within a wooden frame under glass.
