The canvas is original. There are a few instances of very slight frame abrasion to the extreme edges of the work. There is very mild frame staining, most visible across the upper and right edges. There is some surface dirt and studio detritus to the surface of the work, particularly notable in the sky. This excepting, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.


Inspection under Ultraviolet light does not reveal any fluorescence or retouching.


The work is presented in a painted wooden frame.
