This work will be reproduced in the catalogue raisonné of the complete works of Maurice Utrillo.

The work is in very good condition. Executed on cream-colored card. The card is taped to a window mat along the top and bottom edges of its verso. Artist's pinhole to the upper left and upper right corner, as well as to the center of the left, right and bottom edges. The sheet is lightly time-struck. The pigments are bright and well preserved.
