brightly decorated against a ground of silver-wrapped threads with five dragons, surrounded by borders of brocade and the 'Eight Treasures' emblems, the top edge with an inscription reading Qianqing Gong yuyong (For use in the Palace of Heavenly Purity)

The central panel with possible areas of consolidation along the left seam. Otherwise, the carpet is in overall good condition with age-appropriate wear and slight fading to the colors in some areas, as can be expected.
