Gold and Antique Coin 'Monete' Necklace
Supporting a silver coin dated 1790, depicting Ferdinand IV/III, the King of Naples and Sicily, on the front, and the royal Coat of Arms during his reign from 1759–1816 on the reverse, the bezel inscribed 'Kingdom of Naples - Ferdinando IV - Piastre - 1796' suspended from a gold curb link chain.
