Designed as a serpent, the body composed of textured gold scales, the head adorned with a square emerald-cut amethyst and turquoise cabochons, the tail decorated with pear-shaped amethysts, gross weight approximately 80 dwts, internal circumference 5⅝ inches, expandable, signed Webb.

In good condition, the mounting with evidence of wear including scratches and small indentations and a few small areas of minor discoloration, not noticeable when worn. The mounting cover plate to the interior of the serpent's head slightly loose and slightly sunken in, not visible when worn or affecting wearability. Mounting stamped 18k. The amethyst is medium deep purple, eye clean to slightly included. The turquoise is medium slightly greenish blue, predominantly even in color with the exception of some minor whitish mottling and a very small area of black matrix on one, the largest cabochon with discoloration, and one bearing a small chip to the side, not noticeable when worn. Fits best on a small to medium sized wrist. Serpent's head approximately 1 inch wide at widest point.
