64 in. (162.6 cm) high

22 3/4 in. (57.8 cm) diameter of shade

Overall in very good condition. The shade is executed in a rich palette of red tones ranging from scarlet to pale pink, with emerald, apple and olive green leaves and cornflower and sky blue accents. The floral register is beautifully offset with geometric bands in pale gray rippled glass. The shade with approximately 23 hairline cracks dispersed throughout, stable. One pale grey rippled geometric tile with a hairline crack with a small associated loss. The shade with surface soiling throughout concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines, consistent with age. The shade rests slightly unevenly on the base, which is barely perceptible. The base is in very good condition with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The base with some traces of oxidation concentrated to the recessed contours of the design, consistent with age. With a period sockets and paddle switches. With a period finial in very good condition with light wear. A gorgeous example of the model with naturalistic color palette and elegant proportions. The highly nuanced glass selection in the Tulip register imparts the shade with strong visual depth and movement.
