Overall in very good condition. The shade displays a pale green-blue coloration when viewed firsthand, with the dragonfly bodies executed in tones of deep orange, yellow, and seafoam green and their eyes depicted with cabochon jewels in a variety of vibrant colors. The dragonfly wings are executed in complementary confetti glass. The shade with approximately 3 hairline cracks dispersed throughout, stable. The etched filigrees overlaying the dragonfly wings appear to be entirely intact and in very good condition. The shade with some traces of surface soiling concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines and beneath the wing overlays, consistent with age. The base displays a warm brown patina and presents with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions and some occasional extremely minor traces of oxidation throughout consistent with age and gentle use. With a reproduction wheel and riser. With period sockets. With a period finial in very good condition. A naturalistic shade and base pairing with balanced proportions.
