Condition Report

Overall in very good condition. The shade displays cheerful bright pink apple blossoms against an apple green ground when viewed firsthand. The shade with approximately 6 hairline cracks dispersed throughout, stable. The shade with some traces of surface soiling concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines, consistent with age. The base displays a warm brown patina and presents with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions and occasional minor discolorations throughout consistent with age and gentle use. The electrical conversion (comprising the socket cluster and stem that adapt the oil canister for electricity) appear to be a later reproduction. With period sockets. With a later reproduction finial in very good condition. A very charming springtime shade.
