"SIMPLE" FLOOR LAMP
painted aluminum, brass
65⅞ in. (167.3 cm) high
Overall in very good original condition. The surfaces with presumably original paint present with very light surface scratches throughout. The stem and feet with light and spotty oxidation marks throughout and areas of scattered losses to the paint which are consistent with age and gentle use. The proper left side of the shade with an area of indentations to the metal surface covering an area measuring approximately 1 inch and not visually distracting. The white painted interior of the shades with very light discoloration throughout also consistent with age and use. The brass with some discoloration and oxidation throughout consistent with age. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
