painted wrought iron, leather upholstery
36¼ x 44¼ x 27½ in. (92 x 112.3 x 69.8 cm)
Overall in very good condition. The leather is in well-preserved condition and has acquired a rich patina with age. The leather surfaces with some scattered discoloration, minor staining, minor surface marks, scratches, and minor rubbing, mainly concentrated on the armrests and back rests and consistent with age and gentle use. The leather seams with some slight loosening to the lacing, stable and not visually distracting. The iron surfaces present with very faint scuff marks, abrasions, surface scratches, and some very minor paint loss throughout, consistent with age and gentle use. An iconic example of the model in well-preserved condition.
