PRINTED LETTER SIGNED ("HERZL") AS CHAIRMAN OF THE "FUENFER-AUSSCHUSS" ("COMMITTEE OF FIVE"),

in German, reporting the election of Johann Kremenetzky, Dr. V. Jacobsen, Dr Heinrich Bruck and Dr A. Kornhäuser to the Supervisory Board [of the Zionist Action Committee], who by statute have to become shareholders within two months of their election, explaining that this process, which involves them all signing the document before a notary and being confirmed in law by the English Consul, can take six months or more, by which time their eligibility will have lapsed; Herzl therefore encloses another document whereby they all agree that the new appointees are re-elected every two months, which he urges everyone to sign and return, since anyone failing to do so will nullify the whole process, 1 page, 4to, mimeographed text with one manuscript correction in ink, also signed by the secretary Oser Kokesch, small Hebrew adhesive stamp at the top of the page, Vienna, 15 February 1903
