the double-edged steel blade with central ridge, mounted with parcel-gilt silver hilt in the form of a ram's head with gem-set eyes, velvet covered wood scabbard

The hilt with some minor nicks and scratches, rubbing to gilding, the blade with some oxidisation, minor break to tip, the scabbard worn, with break to tip, some wear to velvet, notably along edges, loose near top and fraying, as viewed.
