There is some expected light surface wear and fading to the lacquer to the outside of the boxes. The interiors are overall very well preserved and complete with all the small accessories (additional photos are available). There is an old repair to the cover of the tiered box and to one of the tiers. The top of the cover of the rectangular suzuribako is slightly warped with associated losses to the corners.
