"Ringo gave me this cream ruffled shirt in the Summer of 1968, when he was having a wardrobe sort out at Sunny Heights. He was fond of wearing this particular style and colour of shirt at the time, and was regularly photographed in them." (Alan Herring) Ringo can be seen in an identical shirt at the filming of 'Hey Jude' at Twickenham Film Studios, 4 September 1968.
