GEORGE HARRISON

Black JelTex raincoat worn when a member of The Beatles

three-quarter length with collar, 40 inch length, Medium size, four buttons with concealed button-holes, PVC, stitched fabric label, 1960s

Alan Herring recalls "George gave me this JelTex raincoat in the Spring of 1968 when he was having a clear out... I had originally acquired this raincoat for him in September 1967 when he asked me to get one for him that he would keep in his car. This coat moved between George’s Rolls and his Mini, depending which car he was using at the time."
