The watercolour has been carefully presented. However, some of the more delicate pigments have faded slightly. The paper has suffered from minor discolouration and there is a small tear, measuring circa 20 mm, at the extreme left hand edge of the sheet. In the sky, directly above the trees is a scratch which measures circa 50 mm. In the upper left hand corner of the sheet there are other very minor repairs. The sheet has been laid down.
The work is sold unframed.
