Attributed to Alberti: Hinged to mount at the left margin. Overall in good condition. Some light brown stains in the lower right corner and a brown stain upper left corner. Some brown stains on the verso. Overall pen and ink and wash is fresh and vibrant.
Italian School, 16th Century: Hinged to mount at upper margin. There is an area of repair/restoration at the left margin, supported by paper on the verso. A number of small stains in the centre and a tiny hole. Surface dirt. Pen and ink remains fairly strong throughout.
Both sold unframed.
