1917 - 1992
ripolin on paper
52 by 64cm.; 20¼ by 25¼in.
Executed in 1963.
The sheet is laid down onto a supportive card. This card is in turn adhered to the mount with adhesive strips at the upper and lower edges. There are a couple of tiny scuffs and nicks in the lower half of the left edge, only visible upon extremely close inspection and not visible in the present mount. There are some scratches to both animals and in the tree, in keeping with the Artist's working methods and intentions. There are one or two possible instances of studio matter. This except, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
The sheet is window mounted and held within a simple wooden frame behind glass.
