Large bifolium with 9 separate engravings (484 x 658mm.), hand-coloured, minor restoration to central fold
These are cosmographical charts found in Coronelli's comprehensive atlas, the Atlante Veneto. The world-systems shown are Ptolemaic, Copernican and Tychonian. Also shown is Coronelli's failed attempt to depict the Cartesian world-system.
