of square section raised on a tall foot and rising to a flared rim, the shoulders flanked by animal-mask handles, the bronze of a dark brown patina scattered with bright gilt splashes of varying size, the base with a two-character apocryphal Xuande mark
Height 16.5 cm, 6½ in.
This vase is in good condition, with the exception of some light surface wear and minor malachite encrustations, which is consistent with use.
