the bell-shaped base rising to a central bulb supporting a large circular drip tray, set to the centre with a tall tapering cylindrical neck, surmounted by a double-bulbous section below a smaller tray fitted with a metal pricket, decorated with lotus blossoms borne on dense scrolling leafy stems against a turquoise-ground
Height 38.2 cm, 15 in.
The candlestick has over-painting encircling the central-knopped support and to approximately half of the pricket drip tray and some light rubbing to the gilded decoration.
