Black letter, with some roman and italic, 2 woodcut text map, woodcut text illustrations, ornamental wood- and metal-cut initials, woodcut printer's device at end of Acts (z6v), section-title to the epistles within a four-piece woodcut border Aa1r); lacking 8 of 332 leaves: ¶1–4, R1, Rr2,3 (supplied from another edition), Rr4 (including title, dedication, and final leaf with printer's device); first 4 leaves dampstained and guarded, Aa1 guarded and remargined and possibly supplied from another copy, most headlines and many shoulder-notes shaved or cropped. Nineteenth-century purple pebbled morocco gilt, marbled endpapers, gilt edges; spine faded, front inner joint broken, extremities rubbed.
