Original unlined condition. The surface presents well and appears fresh. There are a few tiny varnish accretions and extremely faint craquelure, including one horizonal and one vertical faint stretcher bar marks across the figure. Under UV: scattered, fine dots of retouching throughout; a thin 'V' shaped area of fine inpainting on the figure's chest; an approximately 6 inch line of inpainting in background at upper right; and a very few additional diagonal lines of fine inpainting in background at right. Ready to hang in its current state.
