The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is darker and more vibrant in the original.
This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals a fine drying crack in the white paint in the upper right quadrant and some faint craquelure in the lower right quadrant. Further close inspection reveals a tiny loss toward the right of the extreme lower edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
