Condition Report

The canvas has not been lined. There are some pin-head sized spots of paint flaking in the foliage of the trees in the centre of the composition; however these are only visible upon close inspection. Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals some strokes of retouching in the tree trunk in the lower left quadrant and in the ground along the lower edge, all possibly addressing old paint flaking.

Otherwise, this work is overall in good condition and is ready to hang.

Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
