Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. The irregular pigment application and fraying to the edges of the canvas are inherent and consistent with the artist's working method and chosen medium. There is evidence of light wear and handling to the edges of the canvas with a few associated minor losses to the pigment and the canvas is slightly buckling. There are tacking marks visible along the top edge, particularly on the right side where the canvas had been previously stretched. There is evidence of minor, scattered pigment craquelure and a few, minor scattered surface accretions and pinpoint losses. Unframed.
