PAIR OF SAPPHIRE, EMERALD AND DIAMOND PENDENT EARRINGS, CARTIER

Description

Each set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 6.09 and 6.35 carats, supporting an emerald drop, further enhanced with brilliant-cut diamonds, clip fittings, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay marks for platinum and gold, maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 108842, stating that the sapphires, measuring approximately 9.80 x 9.60 x 6.80 mm and 9.80 x 9.53 x 7.60 mm, are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating and the emeralds measuring approximately 7.40 - 8.80 x 15.70 mm and 7.75 - 8.70 x 15.60 mm, are of Zambian origin with a moderate amount of oil in fissures. Also accompanied by a copy of a Cartier purchase receipt. Signed Cartier, numbered 48329B, stamped Pt950 for platinum, French maker's mark and assay mark for platinum and 18 carat gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 4.20 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 24 grams.
