Description

Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 5.28 carats, surrounded by marquise- and pear-shaped diamonds, size 47, sizing band.

Condition

Accompanied by AGL report no. 1099890, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby, weighing 5.28 carats, measuring 11.93 x 9.07 x 5.11mm, is with indications of heating and minor clarity enhancement, together with AGL report no. 1102594, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with indications of heating and minor clarity enhancement Also accompanied by a copy of Gübelin report no. 9302055, dated February 16, 1993 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin. Stamped Pt 950 for platinum and 750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby with minor abrasions to facet junctions and nicks to the girdle. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.80 - 4.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. In good very condition. Gross weight approximately 13 grams.
