Comprising: a necklace set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds, the front accented with step-cut emeralds weighing 3.29, 3.31, 4.37, 4.69 and 6.41 carats, supporting a detachable pendant similarly set, length approximately 370mm, pendant may be worn as a brooch; and a bracelet, set with an emerald weighing 3.29 carats, length approximately 170mm, each signed M Gérard, numbered, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 109354, stating that the step-cut emeralds, weighing 6.41, 4.69, 4.37, 3.31, and 3.29 carats, measuring 11.67 x 10.06 x 7.62, 11.88 x 9.80 x 5.94, 11.93 x 9.34 x 5.82, 9.86 x 9.48 x 5.55 and 8.84 x 7.99 x 6.15mm , are of Colombian origin, the emeralds weighing 6.41 and 3.29 carats with a minor amount of oil in fissures and the remaining three emeralds with a moderate amount of oil in fissures. Each signed M Gérard, necklace numbered 4226, bracelet numbered 4227, French maker's mark for Vassort, 34 rue St Etienne, 75001 Paris, assay mark for 18 carat gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 60.00 - 65.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 129 grams.
