Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on card. The sheet is time-stained with further discolouration along the extreme edges from an old mount, which is partially visible when framed. The pigments are lightly faded. There is a minor tear to the extreme lower left corner, measuring 3mm. There is a small area of discolouration along the top edge to the right of the boat's sail, possibly caused by water and possibly inherent to the artist's process. The mount to which the sheet is affixed has evidence of foxing throughout. The work is in overall good condition.
