Literature

Condition
The canvas is not lined and examination under UV light reveals no signs of retouching. The varnish has degraded in two areas to the left of the path, and the pigments may benefit from a clean. There is a pin dot loss to the dome of the church to the centre left of the composition. This work is in overall very good original condition.
