Condition

The canvas is lined. Examination under UV light reveals some small spots of retouching to the green foliage of the trees, most concentrated to the left of the house. There is a further minor spot to the sky in the upper right and a small spot to the green in the foreground in the lower left corner. There are spots of paint shrinkage to the darkest greens as well as some isolated fine lines of craquelure in places. There is some minor frame abrasion to all four edges with some associated minor paint loss, not visible when framed. This work is in overall good condition.
