Executed on cream wove paper and laid down with adhesive on board. The sheet is time-stained and there is a border of lighter pigment concealed by the window mount. The right and left edges are unevenly cut and there are minor nicks to the left edge which have been secured. The lower section of the left edge has evidence of minor skinning and flattened creases, not visible when framed. There is a repaired tear to the upper left edge (measuring approx. 4cm). This work is in overall good condition. "In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
