  • 48.2 by 49.8 by 39.7 cm, 19 by 19 5/8  by 15 5/8  in.
each frame top of standard mitre, mortise and tenon construction, drilled for soft seat construction, the flat edge of the frame moulding downwards to a recessed waist and plain straight apron, terminating in hoof feet, four humpback shaped stretchers tennoned to the legs below the apron

Condition

The tip of one leg of the right stool has been restored. There are occasional small refilled patches to the left stool, especially to one stretcher and one corner of the frame. The pair has some typical bruises to the edges, wear and scratches, but they are with an attractive patina.
