Château Latour 1996 Pauillac, 1er Cru Classé7 slightly scuffed labels, otherwise excellent levels, appearance, color and clarityLast tasted at a great Imperial dinner in Hong Kong in 2011. A lovely 'sweet' bouquet, almost 'floral', like the 2000. Very hedonistic. Under all the ripeness, there is terrific structure. Red fruits on the finish. Marvellous wine which wowed everyone.
