Description

The oval-shaped ruby weighing 2.07 carats, set between a pair of oval-shaped Fancy Intense Yellow diamonds each weighing 0.51 carat, size 6ΒΌ, numbered 302010, with maker's mark. With signed box.

Condition

In very good condition with a few areas of light wear and scratching to the metal, not evident when worn. The interior of the shank stamped IRID PLAT for iridium platinum alloy and 10K. The ruby is a medium to medium-deep strongly purplish red color, very slightly included, richly saturated, scattered minute wear to the facet edges, not noticeable when worn. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1099158 dated March 19, 2019 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by a C. Dunaigre report no. 1210067 dated November 3, 2012 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by two GIA reports: No. 2145368292 stating that the diamonds is Fancy Intense Yellow, Natural Color, VS1 clarity. No. 2145407411 stating that the diamonds is Fancy Intense Yellow, Natural Color, VS2 clarity. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Oscar Heyman.
