Condition

Good overall condition, consistent with age, use and the history of the piece. The wood is covered by a thick finish and appears to have been re-varnished at a later time. There are the usual scratches, scuffs, dents and chips scattered. There are scattered previous infills to the wood (to cover previous dents and chips). The cane appears to be newer and presents with some light wear. The upholstered fabric seat are newer and presents with some instances of light discolouration and with a few stains.
