Condition

Good overall condition. The wood presents with the usual scratches, small scuffs, minute dents and minute chips. There are two more significant chip/losses to the bottom of two legs, consistent with age and use. The wood presents with a few cracks, inherent to the aging process of the material. The ceramic tiles presents with surface soiling, some hairline cracks and and a few tiny chips along the edges. Two tiles are broken and the hairline breaks might have been slightly infilled to stabilize them.
