This cabinet is part of an edition of three: the first one, created in 1999, belongs to the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. The second is part of the State Museum Colección Roberto Polo, Centro de Arte Moderno y Contemporáneo de Castilla-La Mancha in Toledo and Cuenca, Spain. The offered lot is the last example in private hands.
Excellent overall condition. There are a few missing bark pieces along some logs, including a larger one on the proper left side (not visually dsitractive), some of them might be original to the making.
