Designed as a stylised fishnet with three fish, each set with a cabochon emerald, length approximately 175mm. 

Condition

Unsigned. From the Ashley Hicks collection. Emeralds light green, semi-translucent, typical eye visible inclusions, some are surface reaching, light scratches and surface wear to stones. Light scratches to metal surfaces. Clasp opens easily, however secure with security clasp. Would benefit from the attention from a jeweller. Overall condition good. Gross weight approximately 49 grams.

Catalogue Note

The present bracelet is part of a one-off jewellery collection produced by Ashley Hicks in the early 2000's. Hicks (b. 1963), has been a highly influential force in British design for decades. Having trained at the Architectural Association in London, he worked briefly with his father, the renowned interior designer David Hicks (1929-1998), before founding his own practice. Throughout his career, Hicks has turned his talents to furniture and fabric design, undertaken many large-scale architectural and interior design projects, and authored numerous books on the subject.
